What guarantees the quality of my Eid sheep?
We work exclusively with healthy, carefully selected rams at least 6 months old, sourced from Spain. The animals are kept according to recognized animal welfare standards and slaughtered in a halal-certified abattoir under supervision. This ensures you receive premium quality and full compliance with Islamic guidelines.
What if my order does not meet the described quality?
Every order is checked, but should you nonetheless have valid doubts about the quality upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We carefully assess each report and work with you to find a suitable solution.
Am I liable for damage due to improper use or storage?
After delivery, you are responsible for the proper storage of the meat. Cooling and processing must be carried out according to food safety guidelines. Damage or spoilage due to incorrect storage after receipt is outside our liability.
What if my order is delayed or not delivered?
We will inform you in advance about the expected delivery time and do our utmost to deliver your order on time. In the exceptional case of force majeure or logistics disruption, we reserve the right to deviate from the schedule without refund. Naturally, we will keep you actively informed in such a case.
Can I file a complaint?
Yes, of course. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your complaint or comment. We will handle every report personally and seriously.
