When will my order be delivered to the pick-up point?
Your order will be delivered on the second day of Eid ul-Adha in the evening* via refrigerated transport to the collection point in the city of your choice. The exact time will be confirmed to you shortly beforehand.
Can I pick up my order myself?
Yes, you can pick up your order at a collection point in the city of your choice, depending on what you selected during the ordering process. We will inform you in good time about the collection moment.
Is home delivery available?
No, home delivery is not possible. Your order will be delivered by refrigerated transport to a pick-up point in the city you have chosen.
Can I change my order later?
Changes are possible as long as your order has not yet been processed for delivery. Please contact us in good time, clearly stating your name and order number.
How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?
You will receive a personal confirmation in due course once your order is on its way to the collection point. The exact collection time will be shared with you shortly beforehand.
