Can I pay with cash?
Yes, cash payment is possible at our location. You can reserve a product online and choose 'pay at location' or contact us to arrange your order.
What should I do if my payment failed?
If the payment was not completed, you can place the order again. If the amount has been debited but you have not received a confirmation, please contact customer service. For failed PayPal or credit card payments, you can check the entered details and try again or choose a different payment method.
Where can I find my invoice?
Your invoices are available in your personal account or are sent to you by email after you place an order.
